
The trailer for Foundation season 2 has arrived, and it’s looking to be even more epic than the first season. The trailer for Apple TV’s adaptation of the essential SF series by maestro Isaac Asimov landed this morning, June 15, 2023 and offers gives us a glimpse of what’s to come in the second season.
Opening with a voiceover from Hari Seldon (Lee Pace), who says, “Despair, death, destruction. This is even bigger than the last crisis.” The trailer then cuts to scenes of chaos and destruction, as the Galactic Empire begins to crumble.
We also see more of the characters from the first season, including Gaal Dornick (Lou Llobell), Salvor Hardin (Leah Harvey), and Cleôn I (Dimitri Leonidas). The trailer also introduces some new characters, including Brother Day (Lee Pace), who is the new Emperor of the Galactic Empire.

The trailer ends with a voiceover from Brother Day, who says, “I will look them in the eye and reclaim what is ours.” The trailer promises more epic sci-fi, more action, and more drama in Foundation season 2.
Foundation season 2 will premiere on Apple TV+ on July 14.
